NYPD Manhattan Central Booking

I give 1 star because i can’t give a ZERO. Unprofessional and inpatient. I asked information about someone and he wasn’t helpful AT ALL. Then I asked if the person can receive phone calls and he rudely said BYEEE and hung up on me. How do these people still have their jobs?!???

I did not enjoy my stay at this establishment, I wanted to leave but they insisted I stay for 20 more hours. 2 stars because they had my favorite cereal, mini wheats. Customer service was not to good either, wish I didn't have to call 12 times for my order.

I will not be coming back to this establishment. The food was sub par. The company, although interesting, was long-winded. Beds were non-existent. They promised bedtime stories... None were told. Also, no bar.

I understand it ain't supposed to be nice. But it's pathetic. The whole NYC system is a joke, but Bronx your guilty the minute the cops pull up on you. Think they wanna work here?! This whole system needs a major overhaul. From the NYPD to NYC court system.
