New York City Police Department - 70th Precinct

Cops DON'T answer the phone in any precinct any more. This is by deliberate design, people!! They want you to call 311. Police are supposedly too busy to answer the precinct phone. All the numbers listed on Google are disconnected. That's why no one answers. Any numbers they do have are unpublished and a call from a precinct phone will show up as a blocked or private call on your caller ID. Lovely, right?

Was told I have to call to get report number, but no one answers the phone. This is not good public service. Will definitely be looking into who is responsible for this.

A lot of these comments with 1 star crack me up. Don't answer phone? With all these idiot problems you people say you have, I don't blame them. If you're too lazy to go in person, how important can your problem be? You people are a bunch of cry babies, the NYPD is not there to pamper your every whim. Car accident WHO CARES!

My friend come too help me the people in 4f 3i 2f and 1 g 1311 ave k in MIDWOOD their harassment. My freind their what too fright her and their cover up their face the have a knife that why I got a 20000 chain and a 3000 rind and 2000 cross my freind can not got out with out me their their have pic of my chain I do not go outside is scary 1311 ave k east 14 street in Brooklyn can do not work cops do not help their waiting for some one too die in 1311 ave k east 14 street and then cam working all the news will be their it will be a big story please like the viewers help god bless you
