Brooklyn Public Library - Pacific Branch

This is a phenomenal library with outstanding management! The clerical supervisor knows what he’s doing and is always willing to lend a hand to help others. I’m always impressed by the way he goes above and beyond to resolve issues, address patron concerns, and make sure things are running smoothly. The librarians also do a great job! They are always suggesting great books for me to read based on my preferences. My kids love coming here because the children’s room is always kept in tip-top shape! The extensive list of programs offered are designed to engage the community. Let’s continue to support our local libraries! We are lucky to have them! They provide personalized attention you just won’t get anywhere else. The library staff at this location deserve a raise for outstanding work!

It is a small location, but the offer a lot of community events. And the staff are always very helpful.

This library is a cozy type Library away from the main branch. You don't have as many people walking around and there are only two levels. You can definitely relax at this Library, knowing that nobody is going to come and take your stuff, especially on the second level. Sometimes they forget to turn on the Wi-Fi, but everything else with this Library is as expected.

I was practicing with my friend. And the security told me “I know you are eating, you are eating from yesterday” and I said: is this serious?. I don’t know if she has any problem in her life, but this was out the way. I was studying with my friend since yesterday and every time we went to lunch outside, so I said: is this woman out of mind? Picking us? Is this real? I didn’t wanna make any problem - I was taking a TIMED exam. Next time do psychiatric evaluation of this kind of people.

An average library at best. The whole place felt very small but that could just be a design flaw. It has a second story which contains more tables to sit at as there a a few downstairs. There is a children's section, and they also hold a toddler read-to on certain days/hours. There are restrooms but didn't see any wheelchair access entrance.
