I give the library five stars. They have an excellent staff and great services. Sadly the library gets noisy when the school Children go in. Loud talking and cursing. No consideration for the other people in the library.

The security guards there harass the people that go there. The librarians are not at all helpful and the environment at times can be tense. I recommend people not to go there for help.
Very helpful staff great place to visit
The New Lots branch can't compete with this branch, which is beyond sad. It's surprisingly well kept considering the area and very organized. And this branch even has real security that doesn't allow unruly guests to do whatever they want. Upon entering this library you may instantly think you are in a different part of town. And that's a good thing.
