PSA- On Saturdays there is a truck that gives away food and staple items for everyone in need. Every time you walk by, you see a line down the block and the priest NEVER turns anyone away. If you need, please dont be ashamed.nnThe Pandit here is respectable, honest and committed to helping everyone. He doesn’t answer or text back right away but he eventually will. Give the guy a break. He doesn’t live on his phone- nor should he. Some of these reviews are like really? Have some class my Hindu people. How can you come on here and rate a temple 1 star and say rude things about a temple/ priest. Y’all need GOD. Instead of writing nasty reviews, go pray. Y’all need it.

To any future brides or groom please consider this if you’re thinking of this mandir !!!nnMy fiancé and I had our engagement at this mandir two years ago and decided to have our wedding this year. We went in and gave $1,000 deposit to hold our date. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, we had to postpone. We spoke to the priest and he assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem to reschedule for next year,2021.nnI tried multiple times to call and text and never got an answer from anyone. Finally I got in touch with the pandit and he once again assured me I would get first pick. He told me I wasn’t able to come in and get a new date and would have to wait until the mandir opens up to set a new date. Again, I tried multiple times to get in touch with him and we spoke on the phone about the new date, which he assured me would be fine. I went to my vendors and hall and tried to work the new dates with everyone.nnFinally I went to the mandir on a Sunday to reassure that everything was set, when the pandit decided to tell me that the date wasn’t available, he had another couple waiting on that date. He proceeded to let me know once he’s heard back from them he would let me know and try to work it out. Of course, I got stressed (everyone knows how stressful planning a wedding is)nHe tried calling the new couple to see if they were set on the date and they never answered. He told me to wait and of course I haven’t heard back from him ! Frustrating!! I waited 2-3 weeks and nothing !nnHe then tells me we can have to both weddings !! And i can use the other couples decorations which made me even more angry !!nnWe never had a contract and we gave him a check for $1,000.00 and asked for it because he wasn’t working with us and we had already paid for everywhere else to work with our new date. We wanted another vendor that had the date available for us. Of course that was a problem !!nThe thing I don’t understand is that the other couple didn’t leave a deposit for the date, we did and he assured us we would have first pick, which was a LIE !nnHe refuses to give us back our money and haven’t contact us yet to this date ! I asked my filter FIL to call the pundit and ask for our money back, he then decided it was okay to call my future father in law a criminal !!!nnHonestly, I hope no one ever has to go through this issue. Its not about the money, it’s about trust. You trust this temple, a place of God to be more trustworthy ! You don’t know how difficult it might be for someone to work and get that money and not have it put to use.

Beautiful Mandir inside and out! My Mom had her 60th birthday there and everything went great. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the service went and how amazing the Mandir is. Oh, and the food, everyone loved it! My brother will be doing his wedding there very soon. I highly recommend this Mandir for all occassions.

First time in this temple. My best friend had a prayer for her son. It's very beautiful place & the food was very delicious.

Me & my wife booked a date to get married at this temple. We took time out of our day to go see the temple then gave the pundit a down payment and he even told us that the day we booked it was fine and that it wasn’t booked as yet. Today he calls us and tells us that someone a year and half ago booked and he’s sorry to tell us he might have to cancel. He spoke to my wife rude during the time we were trying to come and see the temple. We are soo disappointed that this human being whom is a pundit waisted our time and even patience having to deal with him. You will figure it out yourself. Goodluck.
