Ardsley Village Justice Court

We waited 3 hours for traffic court. They told us to write our names down on a list and that they would call us in the same order on the list. Nobody was called in order. There was people here before me that waited even longer. The court clerk is slow and had an attitude. I was unable to go to work because of this inconvenience. I even arrived here early so I could arrive to work on time. What a waste of time.

The judge is out for money, he pretty much hits everyone with the maximum fine for whatever they did, even if it was your first offence.

$213 for a tint ticket is excessive. They only give you 24 hours to remove the tint which is unreasonable since some people like me have two jobs, don’t have time to go on such short notice. Regardless I removed the tint in a timely manner and have to pay $213.
