I recommend the camp transformation center. The camp helped me reach my goal of losing 20 pounds. I also enjoyed the circuit type exercises because I felt like each workout was unique and fun. The trainers are helpful and the environment is friendly. Now, that I have lost 20 pounds I feel ready to step up my fitness goals and do something even harder. The 20 pound challenge is great because a person can get their investment back if they reach the 20 pound mark. so it is a win win no matter what. The only hard part of the challenge being sore in the beginning of the challenge and maintaining a healthy diet for 6 weeks. but, it was worth the pain.

I’ve been at The Camp for 8 weeks, so far it’s the best experience for me. I joined almost 2 years ago but stopped going over a year go and now that I’m back I love all the challenges and the one one with the coaches. There are a lot of places similar but none like this place, it feels comfortable and not intimidating like going to the gym. There workouts change everyday and so you’ll experience different parts of your body challenge it self. I’m a full figured woman and even though I move slow, I’m moving. I recently started running, slowly but I’m moving forward. I recommend The Camp to Everyone.

I've been a member for the last year and they went under new management back in October, got a few new trainers and I can honestly say I love it even more! It's also way better priced than what you get at an F45 or Orange theory. I hate how small those facilities are they are just focused on getting people in and out. The camp focuses on creating a community, I especially love the variety of individuals. There's people in great shape and people working towards getting back in shape. It's really a judgement free zone. Love my camp!
