I used to love attending this beautiful studio on several occasions. More recently I’ve been made to feel extremely uncomfortable due to the nature of covid. While I don’t blame them for wanting to be safe, members of my family and myself have struggled with different health conditions that we’ve been advised to not wear a mask for. Under the American Disabilities Act medical conditions are protected and refusing someone service because of a legitimate medical condition is sad and shameful, especially when they’re trying to improve that condition through the services the studio provides. Upon asking what I could do, I was asked to bring in a doctors note to sign an exemption. When I went through the trouble of doing so, I was told there was actually no exemption to sign and that approval of this process may not be accepted. Upon asking someone else, it was then accepted. Then the studio called to say it had changed its mind and that now I would have to wear a face shield. Before that, I was heckled by a redheaded woman who insisted I wear my mask over my nose when I was actually trying to but doing so in a way that was recommended for my condition. I was then wearing a minimally compliant mask for several weeks before anyone harassed me about it again and it was this same woman. This unfair treatment is uncalled for and I would love to attend this studio still and remove this review when exemptions are available to people like me who have medical exemptions or when this woman simply stops harassing people for their medical conditions. Very unprofessional. Unwelcoming. Causing severe anxiety for guests like myself. Unconstitutional.

I have been a member for many years, but now that we have COVID, they have ramped the studio up to provide a safe experience for each of the patrons. You get your temp checked when you enter the building, you must wear a mask, and practice social distancing. There are hand sanitizing stations situated in the main traffic areas to provide a safe environment. You may remove your mask in the studio rooms which are spaced so that there is 10 ft between students. Book yourself for class with Inbody. I have attended 5 classes since the reopening, and I have felt safe. The employees and students work together to provide a supportive atmosphere for all. Considering we are in a Pandemic, this is a great opportunity to practice many different modalities and remain safe. Enjoy.

Great instructors here! I love the variety. It's in a beautiful area. I swear the atmosphere here was such a breath of relief. It is really a great thing. You can choose from certain times of yoga or Pilates, which I mainly did Pilates. You get a really good workout and a great environment where everybody wants to be there. They give you great instructions and the results are great if you actually go everyday! I always went 9:30. They give you a minty essential oil towel at the end of every class where you can lay down and meditate which can really help you sleep that night.

Brought one of my BFFs and had a wonderful time doing some hot yoga this morning. Our instructor was great. We did the 6 AM class and there were only five of us. The facilities are great. The changing rooms are super clean and classy. We stopped by and got a smoothie after our class and it was delicious! Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Best yoga studio in Utah. (Probably in the nation). Staff is so friendly, welcoming, and inviting. They really make you feel at home. I’ve never felt intimidated or self conscious everyone is just so encouraging and uplifting. Staff wants to get to know you and truly wants to see you back. I’ve never felt so a part of a gym or fitness community. GREAT workouts! You always leave feeling accomplished and ready for the next workout...after recovering from the one you just finished that is.
