We went on the Seneca Lake Fall Wine Excursion and had a wonderful weekend! Everything was thoughtfully planned, fun, and interesting. The time flowed, we weren't either rushed or waiting for the next adventure. We had time to go on our own, and time to shop at the different destinations. The wineries chosen were all different wine styles and atmospheres. Very well done. We would definitely join CD Trips again!

This company does not respond to emails in a timely manner, does not return phone calls and only provides a very generic reply when they do. My son's school trip was canceled due to COVID-19 and we were told in April 2020 we would be refunded. After several attempts at contacting the company in JUNE, I finally got a BS generic reply from Gary with NO estimated refund date. I know times are different right now, but the fact that they continue to schedule more trips leads me to believe legal actions will need to be taken in order to get our money back. So not only did my son miss out on his school trip and those memories but now I am left fighting for our money back. Terrible company, terrible work ethic and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Due to COVID my daughter’s trip to Washington, D.C. was canceled. CD Trips refunded only half of our money. And like others have commented, they are still booking trips...so where is the rest of our money? Now we have to take legal action.

CD Trips What An Adventure! They are not kidding when they tell you its Organized Hassle Free Fun! This is certainly the best way to travel. I highly recommend Gary, Judy and CD Trips. Take advantage of SYBO if you can, you get an awesome experience and give to a Not for Profit - Win/Win. I'm spoiled!
