Princetown Town Justice Court

TL;DR I now have a $310 ticket, $100 reinstatement fee because they did not do there jobs and refuse to pick up there phones.nn**Update** According to NY DMV and NY CERTIFY, No paperwork was sent to the NY DMV, NH DMV or me.nnIn August 2020 I tried for weeks to get somebody to pick up there phone. I finally did. Paid my ticket. This ticket was from 09/16/2013. A seven year old ticket they finally came after me. No problem. Was told they would send out the paperwork to NH DMV stating I paid and was cleared. Fast forward to 2/1/2021 and I am pulled over and receive a $310 ticket for Driving after suspension. When calling NH DMV, they told me that Princetown court only sent out a written paper but no clearance paperwork or anything that would prove that the bill had been taken care of. Today I call over 103 times to find that again they do not pick up there phone. So now I have a $310 ticket, a $100 reinstatement fee, and the only people that can fix this don't pick up there phone and there is no other way of getting ahold of them. There is no excuse for this. I hope nobody has to ever deal with these people. How this is an ongoing problem that is not solved is beyond me. If you do have to deal with them, just hope you have weeks of time.

***Update*** Just spoke to Sandy who was no help nor was she inclined to help. Unreal.nnI have been calling for days to speak to someone about a ticket. The office hours are wrong on the website and over the phone. NO one is even there to pick up the phone no matter what time of day I call. I know the courthouse is open today, Wednesday at 6pm and STILL no one is there. I live in New Jersey and this is the worst experience I've had in a long time.

This court is terrible , very unorganized I paid a ticket couple years ago and got a letter in the mail years later saying it wasn't taken care of. Of coarse court house is closed and its impossible to get someone to awnser the phone

Both the website and the recorded message say the court opens at 10am but multiple times in an attempt to contact them I called the town clerk and was told they don’t open until 11:30am and once as late a 1:30pm and when I asked why it was stated that they open at 10am Sandy the town clerk hung up on me. The customer service is absolutely atrocious considering they are public servants. I would like to give them 0 stars

Why it is said they can take payment through phone and they never picked up their phone during their office hour? I don't understand, it is very unfriendly for non-New York resident.
