Always liked this place nice people and covenite till last nigh I stopped to get some champagne and couple of other bottles was told the champagne was 10.99 each was good with that checked out and noticed the next day I was way over changed so I went back to see why it was so much, I walked in the guy was on the phone so I got left standing there for while he finally put the phone down asked what i we wanted so I started to explain that I think I was over charged and then he cut me off asking if we were here last night I said yes he walked off came back with a receipt and one of the bottles was 60 not 10.99 so I started to tell him the lady that's always here with you said 10 not 60 and he kind of laughed and told me no and she wouldnt have told me that price ever and I could ask her myself and tryed giving me the phone saying she on there, it was awkward i told him I'm fine but that is what she said and he continued to tell me no she wouldnt have and kept trying to give me the phone while u can that lady yelling on the other end of it, I told him I'm good I dont want to talk to a screaming lady on the phone just would like to being charged what I was told, he refused and counited to argue and just kept trying to give me the phone, finally I told I'm done arguing this and are they going to fix it he told me no pretty much that they wont it is what it she did not say that price and then started aruge with me about how he wasnt argueing so I just left. I wont be going back they handle this sistuation horribly espaically getting defensive and agrumentive, Sooo ppl pay attention to prices when your checking out here.

Great local neighborhood wine shop with friendly, knowledgeable owners. Feels like an authentic Brewster establishment.
