We just took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The staff was super friendly and did great helping her (and me!) feel comfortable with the process. Getting her ears pierced was super quick and we’re glad we went to Claire’s for this milestone in her life.

Staff is always friendly! Love shopping here. Piercing is quick and very little pain. Good selection of jewelry.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party everything went great until the end when employees were taking tags off of items that they were playing with (example you go into the store your child plays with an item tries it on see if they want it they say no they take the item back off put it up. We are being charged for that) and made me pay for them even though we didn't ask for them also the things that we did use during the party I told her I would pay for ie nail polishes. when all is said and done we are missing items that we have paid for. Employees at the stores said that they put everything in a bag even though the stuff is not in our bags and are refusing to compensate for the items that we purchased and did not receive. the store is a cute store but it's not worth having a birthday party especially for the price you pay.

Good sales and friendly staff! I love their headbands and scrunchies.
