After recently moving to Utah I needed to find a jeweler that I could be comfortable shopping at. After reading a lot of reviews i stopped in at J Brooks in Lehi. Natasha greeted me right away and asked what i was looking for. She had a lot of questions for me about not only what I was looking for but also what my girlfriend was like. Her personality, what she liked and her styles. It felt very at home and personal. I really enjoyed the experience and ended up buying 2 pieces instead of just the one I originally went looking for. I will definitely be back.

I came across J Brooks jewelers on Instagram when I was looking to upgrade my engagement ring. I was a bit skeptical about buying jewelry online, pictures are very deceiving, but when I messaged them, I got a reply right away, and it continued from there. I love the Customer service provided by J Brooks jewelers. I’ve been dealing with Kim over text messages. My husband and I decided to upgrade my engagement ring, and she picked and designed everything from beginning to end to bring our dream to reality. My new ring is breathtaking from the diamond to the setting. And mind you everything was done over pictures and text messages, I am from LA they are from Utah. If you’re looking to buy a new ring or design your own, I would highly recommend you try them out just for the customer service alone; it is worth it. Very trustworthy, very reasonable pricing and willing to work with you. One-stop-shop for anything jewelry! Thank you all I am in love with my new ring.

J. Brooks was great with helping us find the right ring and diamond! We had found the ring we wanted at another store but when we told J. Brooks about it they were able to custom make it with same specs but with a Better diamond quality. Very happy with our experience and the customer care provided.

They were so easy to work with! We wanted an unusual engagement ring and they made it happen! My fiancee is in love with it and hasnt stopped looking at it all week! Everyone we interacted with was so nice and helpful!
