Houston the manager took great care of us. We went in to have two 1940s era Navy uniforms, including two hats and a pea coat, cleaned to display at my father-in-law’s funeral. When I asked how much we owed, Houston said it was on the house. To honor our father/veteran. They even offered to have the owner look at the uniforms before cleaning to ensure the least amount of damage. We were so impressed. These are the good guys. I highly recommend them. Class act. I had my wedding dressed cleaned by them and it was awesome! They got all the dirt out from my bridal pictures before the big day. It was fast service and you couldn't even tell it was dirty before. They were also very gentle with the material and there were no snags or anything. Awesome place!

We love Trailside Dry Cleaning. They went above and beyond to get us the clothes that we needed on a holiday despite being closed. They responded very promptly and went out of their way to help us! They have always been great at laundering and pressing our clothes, removing stains and even repairing damaged clothing items. We’ve used them for years and will continue to do so! Definitely recommend Trailside!

I brought them my wedding dress which was super beaded and when I put it on on my wedding day I noticed that a whole strand of beads had broken off of my sleeve and there was just a nub left. Instead of telling me that a strand broke they didn’t say ANYTHING about it and I still had to pay full price. I ended up being late to the wedding because I had to race over to my dress lady to fix it and luckily she was able to fix it that fast. I was just lucky I tried on my dress so early in the morning because if I hadn’t I wouldn’t have noticed it until it was too late. I just wish they would have told me it broke sooner.
