Just my first visit, but what a great experience. They took their time to give great advice. The tech got down on the floor with the cat, gave him treats and made him comfortable. Great advise on pet insurance and care. Thank you!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but they can't stick to appointment times. The past 3 visits have taken over an hour past our appointment time for the vet to even show up.nnEdit:nHad to lower the rating to 1-star. It took over 10 minutes to process a credit card. No respect for their client's time at all.nnEdit2:nJust realized we were charged for a service that wasn't performed on our dog. This visit gets worse and worse. We were charged for urine test yet a urine sample was not taken from my dog. Make sure you check your bill for accuracy if you do decide to go here.nnThey also don't seem to track your dog's records. They tried to sell a 3 yr rabies vaccine despite getting the 3 yr booster last year. 2020 has been a long one, but not that long. Make sure you keep your own records because you can't trust theirs.
Incredibly compassionate, understanding, and honest with me through the process of finding out bad news of my cat and then later putting him down. They did not pressure me and laid out all the facts before deciding what to do. I really appreciate them.
I wouldn’t take my Bentley anywhere else. The entire staff are so professional, kind, knowledgeable and so great with our boy. Highly recommend taking your pet here. Bentley loves them all too!
Everyone was very nice and friendly! It’s a very nice clean place. My cat was surprisingly very well behaved and loved them and ate all the treats. They go over ALL prices with you and explain everything well. I feel like they are very reasonably priced. They let you choose what you want to do along with guidance of what they think you should do. I was very pleased!
