Today I had to unfortunately put down my dog. The staff was amazing, they did their best to make my dog as comfortable as possible. Everything from the way they handled my dog to their exceptional service was professional. They made the whole process transparent and even reached out to offer condolences. I normally wouldn’t leave a review but their service was truly outstanding and you could tell that the staff truly had a passion for helping pets. Thank you for helping to make the process painless for my dog, I highly recommend Bulgers ER.
Yesterday we brought in our dachshund and was told within minutes that it was best to put her to down. The doctor went over all the options with us but was respectful and straight forward when she told us even with all the bells and whistles there was little hope of saving our dog. The staff was extremely kind, and gave us all the time we needed to say good bye, even allowing us to bring her outside so she could see the sun one more time. We thank them for their kindness and care. Would recommend to anyone with a pet in need

Excelente service, fast action, really nice vets and the dispatch is a sweetheart thanks for help me to calm down in the middle of a panic attack. God bless you thousands times.
This hospital has helped me so much. They were so kind and hardly charged me more $100 (as I remember) when I brought in one of my bunnies and ultimately had to put her down. They very accommodating and very sweet to me. They even gave me a memorial card with her foot print on it. And recently, since covid-19 began, I had to bring in my other bunny, and though their response time had been delayed 2-3 hours on a busy day, the care was amazing, again at very little charge. My bunny is doing better than ever now after their care and the meds they sent him home with. I am just amazed how little I walk away paying for such incredible emergency care especially for rabbits. Very few veterinarians deal with rabbits. I’m just so grateful for everything you guys do!
Last night I had a critical emergency with my baby bunny, and the staff were all kind, caring, and responsive — even with exotic pets. I greatly appreciate everything they did for my little guy, and they helped me later that night to check up on my girl. They’re really a wonderful group, and I’m so glad they were here for little Slippers in his last moments. They were not only caring to him, but extremely sensitive to my needs during this time. Thank you for everything you do!
