I recently moved out of the city and needed to find a new vet to take my cat to on very short notice. He was due for shots and I was worried we would have to wait weeks for an appointment. I called Andover Animal Hospital and they were able to get him in within the week. They were then kind enough to book a follow-up appointment less than a month later and wave the appointment fee. The staff there is super sweet and have been staying connected with me via phone calls and emails. I'm happy to have brought my cat there!

I had a unpleasant experience here couple yr back with my ferret and since had not returned. This visit I came because they still had me on file and was able to get me in asap due to my dog's issue ( our normal vet was booked out 2 weeks ). I'm very happy with how things worked out I was annoyed at 1st that I couldn't be with my dog for the visit due to covid restrictions but it is what it is. However with talking with the vet over the phone for over a half an HR answering all my questions and making sure I understood what I needed to do for my dog I'm grateful. Them bringing the dogs in and out worked great

We are new to this city and was looking for a vet for my 2 senior dogs. I read reviews about a couple of places and went with my intuition and decided to go with Andover Animal Hospital. When I contacted them, they were very polite and caring with the health information of my dogs. They helped me right the way for a check up appointment. They reminded me of the appointment the day before. Due to Covid, the protocols are different. You stay in your car, call the office, then they come out for your pets, and then after the vet checks them, he calls you and goes thru with the health of your pets. It is that place that you feel comfortable letting your dogs go alone. I'm very happy with the service. Plus, they did a follow up call the next day, asking about their health (they got a couple shots), any reactions, any concerns. Sweet place, caring and trustful.

Wonderful place to take your pet. I’ve been a customer for over a year and they’ve been nothing but great with my very nervous/anxious pup ! They’re very communicative and accommodating especially during these crazy times. Would definitely recommend!
