Amazing! She’s the real deal. I needed an agent to help me with a last minute trip during a pandemic and she exceeded my expectations. My mother in law had an accident right before our trip and couldn’t go—she was on the phone with American Airlines for a long time and managed to get my sister in law subbed in without forfeiting the ticket.nnShe advised me on covid travel requirements, where I could get tested quickly and jumped through hoops to answer my random questions about requirements about wearing a mask on the beach, etc.nnShe confirmed all my reservations, book an incredible private charter for snorkeling, and made an excellent hotel recommendation, all within my budget.nnShe has an excellent response time and was always available and ready to help with anything I needed. Our trip was amazing and I will be using her again in thennShe is also super bubbly and very pleasant to talk to. I’m so glad I used her for this trip.

She truly listens to her clients to create a custom travel package that allows you to maximize your time, with an itinerary that even includes dining recommendations if you so desire. Rosemary is informed, responsive, and a life-saver. My son was in Prague trying to get home right after Trump announced the travel ban from Europe to the US. Rosemary found a well priced ticket with a much better route home. Our only mistake was not calling Rosemary first. Next time we will!
