This place is a joke and a scam. The worst designed venue I’ve ever been to. They oversell tickets by like 3x. Truly crazy dangerous. Wall to wall packed and you can’t get in or out. They had security guards standing in the middle of the dance floor mean mugging and looking angry. Totally killed the vibe. Worst venue I’ve ever been to in NYC. I can’t believe this place is still open. It needs to be shut down as a fire hazard and complete con job. Unbelievable that a place like this exists.

They don't level sound so bring hearing protection. You will still be hurt the next day.nnWater is $5. Bartender said they don't have a way to serve cups of water.nnFog machine is OD. Enjoy choking half the time while trying to dance.nnDo not recommend.

Way too many people, you couldn't even move most of the night. Not even safe. Security staff was actually really friendly and helpful. Crowd is mostly early-mid 20s (I was there on Saturday night).nnBut seriously, you could not move.

Came here for Joey Bad$$ bday party/concert, ordered a drink and asked to keep my tab open. I got one more drink and then closed out my tab only to find out the bartender gave my credit card to someone else at the bar, who then proceeded to rack a $250 bar tab on my card..nnAsked to speak with the bartender’s manager, who then told me it’s not their fault. And when I asked for them to take responsibility in employee negligence (that was caught on camera) they had 2 security guards come and walk me out.nnJoke of an establishment, and as a NYC local, there’s +50 better places to spend your time/money within a mile than this trash bag

STAY AWAY! GROSSLY MISMANAGED! TERRIBLE COAT CHECK! Please save yourself and stay away from this venue until they are able to vastly improve their Ops. I attended an event on 2/7 and had an incredibly horrific experience trying to leave the venue for the following reasons:nn1) An absurdly understaffed coat check service. If you knew in advance that the show was sold out, why would you only have 2-3 people working coat check during the time frame in which people typically leave the venue? In addition to the understaffing, they also severely hampered the effectiveness of their coat check employees by not providing adequate lighting and a streamlined process for them to quickly find and distribute the coats. The poor staff had to use tiny flashlights as they frantically searched for ticket numbers which further slowed down the process. I had friends who got in the coat check “line” at 2AM and were not able to secure their coats until 3:30AM!!!nn2) Poorly designed crowd flows caused utter mayhem near the entryway as people trying to leave were squeezed into the same area as people waiting in the long coat check “line” and were also met by folks trying to enter the establishment. The ensuing large and chaotic crowd made it difficult to move or breathe and eventually caused several fights to break out as people got upset over people pushing them, trying to push past them etc. It felt like a fire trap at that point. I almost had a panic attack and ended up leaving the venue without my coat because I literally couldn’t handle the near mob-like crush.nn3) Mediocre and poorly trained security staff. By the time the security staff started trying to “guide” the crowd, it was already too late. Throngs of people were directed to get in “line” only to have dozens more cut in front of them in their efforts to leave or get their coats which created a really unfair situation for everyone. As more folks started to leave, they closed off one exit to guide the crowd to only exit through another set of doors. Which sounds fine except that everyone who was planning to leave through the first set of doors, then had to fight their way back through the coat check “line” and the crowd of recent arrivals in order to leave.nnAnother major note to management is to be more clear in your communications about your events. Mine was advertised in a way such that I was expecting the event to be more like a concert. The artist was really there for a DJ set and while he graciously sang a few of his songs, he was clearly there to DJ. I thought perhaps I was the only one who had come to the wrong conclusion but by the overheard comments of many other attendees, they were also clearly expecting more of a performance.nnReally shocked and disappointed overall because when I initially arrived at the venue, they had 5-6 people working the coat check service, it was easy to get to the bar and buy a drink and things seemed to be running relatively smoothly... if only things had stayed that way..
