It had become a hangout for the homeless. Very smelly and the staff lets people eat whole meals ,drink coffee.and sleep,( They snore while sleeping.)Bathroom are never clean, Staff is sometimes rude
The amount of homeless people and the smell outside the library is nauseating. Inside, it's okay but the kids upstairs are always extremely loud. Downstairs, it's quiet and more normal and gestured than upstairs. I'm going to keep this concise so I'm going to give this 2 stars because of my explanation.
Place is quiet and people are somewhat helpful but don’t do your taxes there unless you want to wait to be seen by more than one person. I’ve gone to other libraries to do my taxes and I’ve ALWAYS seen just one person. Here you have to be seen by two people and sometimes 3
