I love Zupas food. I always order the try 2 combo with the Honey Bacon Club and Chipotle Chicken Salad. It's seriously my favorite restaurant. However, on my last visit here, I ordered online so I could stop and get food for younger children who don't love it as much. That other restaurant always takes 30 minutes so I placed my order early in hopes to save time. I was easily 15 minutes or so after my scheduled time when I arrived. I went inside to the pickup counter and there were no orders there. There were two other people waiting as well. I saw many boxes with food behind the counter. I waited patiently, not wanting to be that food service Karen 😂. My food had been ready the whole time but i got it a while after I got inside. I totally understand the dinner rush and how crazy life gets. However I've noticed through other reviews that having orders just sitting behind the counter, not bagged, is an issue that isn't just my own. It takes up people's time and all they want is to enjoy the delicious food. I love this restaurant and will keep coming back, I just want that feedback to help improve things in the future :)

I had a really great Experience today with Chad, he was nice and very helpful with my online order. It was crazy busy today due to the fundraiser for Belmont Elementary, I think cafe Zupas do amazing thanks everyone food was delicious.

I really like Zupas. It's a very nice place to go out to eat. I am always very pleased with the quality of the food; it's very good. I do wish they would give a little more though, especially with the salads, and not be so stingy with the toppings. Overall it's nice though.
