Good clean Arby's with great service.
Food is always pretty solid but they can never get my sauce request right. I ask for extra honey mustard and they give me nothing or Arby's sauce... Today they gave me a half full container of it and I am just confused as to why is isn't even filled up all the way? Even when I asked for extra. Listen better please!
I’m actually really impressed with this Arby’s. They’ve been really efficient and careful each time I’ve ordered during COVID. The employee who was running the drive through the other day was the ideal image of professionalism and customer service. I couldn’t be happier.
Another clean local place. I ordered my usual favorite of a double roast beef sandwich meal. My coworker likes his beef and cheddar meal.
Edited review: I had a issue with a chicken sandwich I received about 1week ago. I spoke with CJ today and he apologized and took care of it.
Great communication! A direct representation of what a manager should do when something is wrong take responsibility and fix it! He didn’t play the blame game.. he fixed it right away!
This made my experience feel much better and like my voice was being heard as an customer!
I’ll visit again!
