Subway

Just got three sandwiches from this subway and there was only one worker her name was Brea! She was so quick and so very kind!! She worked as fast as she could on getting everyone there sandwiches! She definitely deserves a raise!! She was so kind!

DO NOT EVER go to this place. We placed an online order, went to get it and they claimed they never got it. We asked to speak to Manager so the girl called him. He refused to talk to us and refused to give us our money back. Our Credit Card was charged, which I showed the girl, but she said there was nothing she could do. Even though we showed her our online order and that our CC had been charged. Luckily I know my credit card company will refund me my money, but this is terrible customer service. I now get to figure out dinner somewhere else. This business has lost my business and I will be sure to tell all of my friends my experience with this place. Save your self and DO NOT ever go here.

I come to this restaurant often. I always order the exact same thing. I always do an order through the app. This is because I work nearby and this Restaurant is my go to for something fast that I can grab and go in less than a minute. I come here a lot. The service is usually five star worthy. Not this time. This time I put in my order at 5:40, the app said it will be ready at 6:02. I got busy at work (I manage a nearby restaurant) and couldn’t get away till 6:20. I walk in to the empty restaurant and the associate was in the back, sipping from his coke, leisurely moving breads back and forth (I think he started doing this when I arrived). He said hello then ignored me for a minute and came out. He asked what he could do for me, and I said I had an online order. He said „oh, you probably did. I’m really sorry, I’ve just been really busy.“ the floors were swept. The tables were neat. The prep tins were untouched. Everything was immaculate. I know what busy looks like, and they were definitely not, not had they been for at least an hour. He made my sandwich, and another guest walked in while he did. The associate ignored him as well until well after he finished my order and I walked out nearly half an hour late from when the sandwich should have been completed. I normally don’t leave negative restaurant reviews because I too work in the food industry and I get it, I get that stuff happens. But the obvious problem here was that things were obviously not happening, and that’s all I have to say on the matter.

Their veggie wrap is awesome. At one point, it was my standard lunch every single day.

Loved going there in the midst of holiday shopping. It's away from Shopping so all the "traffic" was far away. Service was speedy and the young woman working there was very kind. Love the sandwiches there!
