I have been calling for days and having no luck. All I am trying to do is find out if my notary renewal was received after over 6 weeks if submission. I have no idea if the received it and cannot get anyone on the phone to speak with regarding this. Looks like I will have to take time off of work to go there and make an inquiry in person. This is horrible!
