Very good no nonsense professional service.Despite a huge crowd the service was professional and good. Of course the fee structure is a bit stiff for a poor man like me but then who said they are giving free lunch!!!.Summing up I found the staff very helpful.

Located in the basement level of the Courts (take any elevator down after security) the notaries are super professional and answered all my questions. Compared to some contractor notaries in Philadelphia who charge 40 for 4 sheets of paper and are rude and unprofessional don't bother. Go here. Get it done right. Super fast and courteous to everyone's needs the ladies here are no nonsense get you out the door quick. The charges for each notarisation are so reasonable! This place is also Cash and Card friendly.
