Total waist of tax dollars

I’ve been calling all morning and no one has answered the phone. There is a prompt to leave a voice message, but then the machine says they cannot receive voice messages. I’d expect a higher level of professionalism from a court.

Probably the filthiest courthouse in New York City. The building would be okay with big, wide halls and big courtrooms, if it was better maintained. It houses Criminal Court offices and courtrooms, providing a necessary function in helping keep crime curtailed, although the volume of crime and arrests results in almost everything pleading to a lower offence, reducing it's effectiveness. Regarding other reviews comments, I assume that when you're dealing with criminal of all types all the time, customer service may become less courteous.
