A DOT tow truck damaged my car and the comptroller completely dismissed my case and did not pay for any of the damage. Now I pay $250 per month to garage the car so this doesn't happen again. I wish I could give a lower rating to this agency.

Totally not helpful! If you need help or something done, don’t go there. They had my social written down incorrectly, and blamed me for it even though it was them who entered it in their system.
