I called to get info on why i haven't received any payments. During the conversation. The lady started like lying that she couldn't hear me. She just didn't want to answer my question or send enforcement out to the other parent. Im so tired of this nasty ppl who is answering phone calls. Like please get someone who is better fit to answer government phones. Just discussing!

I Wasted money & time coming here to drop-off my case papers. The building is closed. 11/17/2020. Lobby guards doent offer any assistance...

I have been in touch about 100 times with caring, Professional and hard working people here, many many times in the past 16 years, and I have had prompt, Caring, Attentive and very professional service extended to me each and every time.nI am a resident of San Jose, CA and have a Son who lives in Upstate NY since 2003 with his mom.nI have received great service every time and am very thankful for all that they put out of themselves to make everyone happy and make sure that our children don't suffer because of various reasons that is not their fault.nIt's nice to appreciate these folks for doing a very difficult job day in and day out.nThank you very much

I wish I could of given them zero stars, I have tried for years to close this case and no help they just give you the run around. They don’t answer and questions and keep repeating the same thing over and over again.

the worst place to visit , i got discriminate, and banned from visiting this place. i couldn't resolve my issue's in which they made errors on my case.
