The place could be more brighten. The poppies look happy healthy. The staff was attentive.

Place looks closed but when you go and read the sign on the front door. It says you need to call ahead to order. I just found it to be a bit complicated. I think it would be better if they did appointments instead because you want to see the fish, puppy or pet before you buy it.

This is what to expect for quality from Northern Aquarium. Besides not answering phone number for half the day when trying to call.nAnd their closing time is incorrect: 5pm not 8pm.

This store needs to be shut down ASAP!!! The poor dogs are in the worst condition and they don’t even allow them to get any sunlight because the room they stay in have the windows all boarded up. They are kept in tiny cages and all look very sick. It’s so sad. When I ask about the many cats they keep in one room, they tell me it’s the owners “personal cats” and I think that is very weird. I don’t understand how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. They mistreat animals!

Don't know where all these hates coming from but they were very pleasant to work with and we have received our new family member without problem.
