If I could give -1000 stars I would. Who ever answered the phone when asked if he has a specific fish he said you will have it order it . I askednIf I order it will I have to pick it up? And he responded where on my website does it states that and CLICK he hung up the phone . This Business is probably not legit and COULD BE ONE OF THOSE ORDER ONLINE AND NEVER GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR kind of thing but if not the customer service of this doucheman ...... not gentleman was horrible.

I called the store as I was looking for something specific and I live in Manhattan and wanted to know if I could come to the facility to select the fish myself. I have been keeping discus and aquariums for over 15 years.nnThe man who answered the phone was extremely rude and belligerent and had no interest in connecting with the customer.nNote to future customers, call at your own risk. I will NOT be doing business with this company and I advise you all to not to do so as well.

Called for info concerning how purchases work and the guy on the phone was extremely rude for no reason. If you are a decent person dont buy anything from this guy. I would have spent nearly $100 but he is awful.

I suspect some of the bad reviews are dishonest, because my experience was top notch, having purchased a very nice Marlboro red Panda Discus from them that I recently added to my tank and that does well, if little pale and shy at first, a perfect normal behavior and display for any Discus being introduced to a new tank. Nevertheless, should you have any Discus interest, this is the place to go or buy online from for any discus food, supplies and specimen.

I live in New Yourk City I call him Is open for public.the people say very bad.I feel so sad.because I like to see discus and buy.my budget around $350.I ask question can I order online come to down stair pick up save shipping cost ,very very bad service! No more this shop.————0
