I had a great experience at Professional Physical Therapy. Everyone was welcoming and positive, even the receptionists. I worked mostly with Anna who was awesome - she was knowledgable, professional and very caring. If I needed physical therapy again in the future, I would not hesitate to go back.

Alex and his team are attentive, genuine, and very supportive. I have visited the office for two different reasons over the past year, and I wouldn't go anywhere else due to their professionalism and the positive atmosphere at the clinic. They are very knowledgable and always take the time to answer my questions and help me better understand my injury and how the physical therapy will help. I can't recommend the North Andover location enough! Such a great group of people.

I can't say enough good things about Kim, Rob, and the team at Pro PT. They helped me recover from a severe herniated disk, starting with symptom relief exercises and ending with targeted strengthening routines. They also gave me long-term recovery strategies and routines to use after I finished my last session. The whole time, they tailored the therapy to the severity of my symptoms, answered my questions, and were extremely careful to ensure that I was making real progress. This was very engaged, attentive, and expert therapy. Thank you!
