I’ve got an hour to kill so here’s my two cents. This was my first time at this specific CVS pharmacy location. They were inconsistent with any other CVS location in how they operate. Extremely rude staff that couldn’t be bothered less to help or answer my questions from the moment I called them a few hours prior. Once I actually got to CVS, I was left waiting for almost 15 minutes, for an answer as to whether or not the pharmacy could fill my prescription without using the insurance I had on file. Three employees (one of which was the pharmacist herself & two techs) blatantly ignored my “calls” at the 2nd drive-thru lane for almost 15 minutes and I was the only car in either drive-thru lane. Horrible customer service from the beginning. Can’t wait to see how long this “hour” actually takes.

Worst Pharmacy EVER! They were to busy to give me a flu shot. I've waited numerous times FOREVER at the drive thru which is supposed to be for Pickups or Drop Off ONLY, Sometimes the person in front of me is consulting with the person behind the window or waiting for the pharmacist to fill their prescriptions. They should tell people that if they're not there to drop off or pick up, come inside so that the rest of us can move on with our lives, or put up a sign that says MAY TAKE FOREVER.. So annoying.
