the absolute worst. Would leave zero 0 stars if possible. Waited for 20 minutes for a simple notary because the receptionists have no idea how basic queue's or ya know, LINES, work. Watched one receptionist direct the guy behind me to go ahead of me, all while on the phone with her friend. Very unprofessional, at best. Bush-league would be a more accurate appraisal.

Winterfest 2020 was my first experience with Irondequoit annual event. Neon Wave was invited to attend as an outside vendor to put on a Riglet park learn to snowboard event. We were pleasantly surprised that even in lieu of the dreary rainy weather, the show definitely still went on. Plenty of activities for the entire family. Everyone was in good spirits regardlesss of fact that it wasn't exactly a banner winter like day. From the bonfire to the other vendors including delicious Duke's donuts and Tom wahl's. There was even a significant amount of indoor vender activities to keep everyone's spirits up high. I highly recommend this annual Winter event for everyone. Definitely put it on your list of family friendly cost effective Winter activity.
