Very, very poor management of city departments. Has hired and managed a police leadership that has failed to properly train and manage its officers. Visit this city only with knowing that your person and property are at extreme risk. If you are a taxpayer, your money is pouring down a drain - city leadership wastes it.

NEEDS TO FIX THE HOURS OF OPERATIONS ON THERE WEBSITE BECAUSE THE HOURS ON THERE WEBSITE SAY 8-5 WHEN IT'S ACTUALLY 8-3 AND THEY SAY IT'S BECAUSE OF COVID-19 BUT COVID-19 HAS BEEN AROUND SENT MARCH 2020 AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CHANGED IT AS OF JANUARY 2021. PLUS THEY HAVE THE HANDICAP DOORS BLOCKED OFF SO PEOPLE THAT ARE HANDICAP CAN'T GET IN THE BUILDING WITHOUT HELP FROM SOMEONE OUTSIDE BECAUSE THEY ALSO HAVE ALL THE WINDOWS BLOCKED OFF SO YOUR CAN'T SEE OUTSIDE.

Everything was fast and efficient, the lady that took my application for senior tax exemptions was very helpful and pleasent. I also payed my some Bills at the cashier and was in out in no time.

It's a busy place but if you are organized you will do well lots of helpful people
