A nice little bookstore that sells used books and the guy behind the paying counter seems to be helpful. Unfortunately this does not seem to care to enforce COVID-19 precautions and I will therefore be unable to support this fine business until the end of the pandemic. The guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask and did not seem to have one nearby, 2 people in the store masks on their person but not wearing them properly (over the nose people!) and one young man walked in no mask at all. And the staff, if there were any, didn’t do anything about it…
The best independent book store experience in Rochester. Very cute cat, great children's section, and incredible books from the last few years (found a hardcover copy of Colson Whitehead's The Underground Railroad and other pulitzer winners)
If you love the atmosphere of old books and cats, this is home. Literally books everywhere! Nice selection. Had fun browsing and passing time with staff.
I found some books from old sci fi authors. Walked in not knowing what to expect, and left with a dozen books. Score!
Filled with treasures. We were treated with kindness.
