Eh it's ok

It was ok. I like to pick my own seat though! Didn't like being boxed in between people that were sniffling and coughing! And who brings a toddler and expects them to sit quietly for a love story?! Pretty sure I'll be waiting for a DVD release from now on.

Facilities are great! Wait time at the window during peak hours because there are only 2 attendants instead of the 4 or 5 that could and should be there is a bit under managed. It feels like the minimum is the best they have to offer! But, the popcorn is fresh and smells great!

I have regal unlimited and it's 1000% worth it. The mall itself is a bit dead outside the food court, but the theatre is always a blast. Clean and friendly staff, kudos keep up the good work!

The lines for concessions weren't long but took forever. Probably because everyone was buying tickets there also. They now force you to pick a seat before you get in the theater. This was super annoying when the theater was almost and you want to change once you get inside. The seats are fairly comfy and do recline but only if you have something to push on which is why people were putting their feet all over the seats. Last I am not sure if they think everyone is deaf or what the deal is but it was so loud I actually put in ear plugs(I had them with me) and it was still loud. If I hadn't it probably would have ruined the experience for me. The movie was great though.
