I received a moving violation in this town and I’ve been trying to pay it for months basically a year, so COVID-19 isn’t an excuse . No one has reached back to me after numerous phone calls and emails and as a result my license has been suspended in my city, I live 7hrs away from Dansville so it’s not easy to just get up and go to the Dansville court. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. At this point throw away everyone employed there and hire a new set of humans that actually work and do their jobs
I wish I never got a ticket from Dansville. I can’t even get in touch with the courts and I live hours away. It’s ridiculous!
I got a ticket at this court and is trying to pay my ticket but they never return my phone calls or email. They emailed me saying they were going to call me August 9th from 3:30-5:30. I DIDN'T GET A CALL AT ALL AND I’VE BEEN CALLING THEM ONCE A HOUR TO PAY MY TICKET. This has been going on for months now. Terrible communication skills at this place. They also added a $300 assessment statement they THEY TOLD ME NOTHING ABOUT!
Got a ticket from this local court. Poor communications and online system. I just want to pay my ticket and why they make it so hard and charge a late fee ???????????
