Overdressed Undercaffeinated (07/27/2020)
Clean store, super friendly/polite staff except the manager. (petite blonde woman with very short hair) at the Poughkeepsie, NY mall. There were two times she was rude in the way she answers and speaks to customers. It seems like she just doesn't want to deal with people.. Other than that, I love the company LOFT. Clothing is exceptional quality for the price. :)

I didn't shop here for myself, I was a guest along for the ride aka the wife was shopping for herself. very clean store, employees were extremely kind to me, and they were helpful in assisting my wife with her questions about the items she came into Loft for. The store smelled really good too lol
