Nasty customer service tonight. I ended up going next door to Kay's and spending $6k on an engagement ring there. Guess I look like I didn't have money because it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. Both were hanging out by the register.nnEmployees at the minimum need to be trained on how to talk to people. Looking at previous reviews seems to be a recurring issue. Guess management doesn't care?

Horrible experience with Zales in poughkeepsie NY. The manager Amina was rude and had zero customer service. Don't shop here. Amina doesn't care how she speaks to customers and her employees are afraid to say anything.

I had to stop taking my rings in to get cleaned and serviced because it was just too stressful for me. it seems I always got the same miserable employee. She was terrible and made my experience terrible I have not been back for almost 2 years now but thought I would share because I feel it's not right that I get such bad service every time I walked in. This store would have got a lot more sales but my husband refused to shop there anymore after he witnessed how I was treated the first time I got this employee. Another grievance I have is the cards we are supposed to carry with us to get our cleanings, we are in the age of technology people, there is a computer there so why can't cleanings and warranty be computerized.
