Amazing service! I was using another service company how had been out over 12 times in the past 3 months working on my Rational Combi, they couldn't get it running right just kept ordering parts I called rational who recommended using Valley. They came out and had the unit running at 100% the 1st trip. I will now use Valley for all my restaurants service needs. Thanks Valley!!!

Way too slow to respond. Way too expensive. I now use Casco Food Equipment Repair out of Manchester NH. Great company to deal with.

Two different service dispatchers(Casey,Marie) blew me off for 2 weeks , made 5 appointments to fix 1 piece of commercial equipment in a large function facility , said that they would be there 5 different times and never showed up or called. Do not even bother to call these people, complete waste of time .
