I dropped off an Omega Seamaster that needed a crown replacement and clasp repair It took a while, but no longer than it would have taken to send it back to Omega and at a fraction of the cost. To my surprise the watch was also polished and it looked new when I picked it up. Ultimately, I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I couldn't have been happier with the price and craftsmanship. Do not hesitate to bring an expensive watch to Mr. Demers if you are in need of a repair. I am sure you will be as pleased with the results as I am. Here's to a job well done. Thank you!

As soon as I walked up to Gaetons shop I new I was in the right place to repair my Dad's watch. One look around gives you a sense that a true Craftsman works here. And Gaeton is just that. He repaired the watch quickly and for a great price. Very happy and highly recommend. If you have a watch or clock that needs work, forget the mall...go see Gaeton.

Gaeton is a stellar craftsman as well as a true renaissance man! You simply cannot find artisans like him any more. He has repaired a vintage Panerai Winder as well as a 100 year old Industrial clock. Not sure what that bad reviewer meant, but he is an honorable man that performs exceptional work. Quality is not cheap, but if you have a an expensive timepiece, you can't go wrong with him! Will be dropping off a few more for him to work on in the next week or so.
