During such a difficult time, Brad was very supportive. Everything was done respectfully and thoughtfully. I couldn't have asked for better support in every aspect of the planning for my mother's wake and funeral. We felt we made a good decision to work with Farmer and Dee for this emotional process.
Do not recommend. There was no communication throughout the entire process. The ONLY time these people were friendly was after we handed them the check. Other than that they were rude, inattentive, and seemed as if they couldn’t care less. It’s all about the money for them.
Brad is definitely a man who cares. Impressive and incredibly professional.
Top knotch people do handle your affairs and arrangements. Well run and friendly.
