Went today with my husband and not once were we acknowledged by any of the three associates behind the counter talking. The fourth associate actually was cleaning a ring with a customer. I went with the intent to buy jewelry today and ended up buying at another place due to the poor customer service today.nA simple Hello or let us know if you need help is all that is needed.
