Frozen II was a delight to watch. Customer service was top notch. The only down fall of the theater was it was to cold. Others had the same opinion.
My friend and I went to see a show tonight. Movie was good. Sound was excellent. Staff was pleasant. Theatre was clean. It was great except for condition of the ladies bathroom. In my eyes it's in need of some repair/remodeling and a good cleaning.
I have never had a bad experience at the Grand Theater. It's within walking distance and next to some great restaurants.
The girl that works the ticket taker booth LOVES her job... If she doesn't she is an excellent actress!!! She is soooooooo polite, inviting, exciting, and pleasant!!! She is full of energy. She thanks you for coming in when you arrive, AND when you leave!!! Such GREAT customer service.... SO rare in these times that people can give good customer service. We keep coming back because of the customer service!! I hope the owners know what a gem they have in Heather!!!
Great Theatre in a struggling small town. Beautiful architecture and a great setting. It is very important to support your local small businesses. Stop in there and see a movie once in a while, you won't regret it.
