Great experience at Phillips & Fredricks! Rick could not have been more accommodating and patient with my fiancé and I as we were trying to figure out the best options for wedding bands. The store had a wide range of male and female options, plus they had choices for all different price ranges. Everyone in the store was properly wearing a mask and made us feel safe as well. We will definitely be using Phillips & Fredricks for all our future jewelry purchases and repairs.

Phillips & Fredericks Jewelers has a great selection of new & estate jewelry & I have been pleased with my purchases. But what really sets them apart is their service. I brought my 86 yr old mom there to have her wedding ring cut off as her finger was too swollen to remove it. Rick had a special tool & even came out to the car so my wheel chair bound mom would not have to come into the store. Rick gently removed the ring & resized it within a couple days. They are honest & their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

I had purchased a Movado watch from a consignment shop ufffcthat was an older style and it was too small for me. I went to a few jewelry stores to get a link for it and no one could help me or wanted to help me.nnI went to Phillips and Fredericks jewelers because I have been there a few times before and they were always so kind to me. They did not have the links to match the watch because it was an older style. They advised me that they did not have a match but said that he would call Movado for me. He was on hold for quite a long time and then he suggested I leave and he would continue to try to contact them.nnPhillips and Fredericks jewelers called me and said that Movado did not have a matching link. When I went to pick up the watch he suggested I go on eBay which I never have done before. He saw that I was not comfortable with going on eBay to look for a link. He again stopped what he was doing and looked on eBay for me. He found the perfect match and printed me out all the information for me to order it.nnWhen I received the matching links I went back to Phillips and Fredericks jeweler and again he dropped everything and put my link in.nnAfter all the time they spent calling Movado and being on hold for a very long time, going on eBay spending time looking for the exact match, he graciously ufffcadded the link for me and insisted not to charge me.nnI can’t express enough what a great feeling that was in this day and age that there are such kind generous selfish people still out there!!!nnThank you Phillips and Frederick‘s jewelers for being so amazing!!! They were so nice and informative. And even patient enough to work with my husband to design my engagement ring. My rings are beautiful!
