I went there today looking for something special for my wife's birthday it had to be special bc she just lost her dad so I wanted to get a locket to put his picture in the sales lady was very pleasant and did all she could do to make sure I walked away with the locket I was looking for thank you so much my wife loves it couldn't have done it without you may god bless you for all you did for me....

GREAT customer service, excellent selection and repairs are quick. I don't go anywhere else for fine jewelry.

Definitely avoid. Extremely poor customer service. Does not have fair policy for layaway. Money is not returned even if you are no longer interested in merchandise. No written policy that can be seen. Buyer beware!

Do not shop here! They scammed a friend into buying a ring for thousands over their budget. Then when they got it appraised and it was only worth 1/4 of what they paid. AND then my dad bought a ring and they charged his card twice.
