I’m not crazy about Zales itself. There’s a couple things that went wrong and was out of the actual locations hands. They have no repair jeweler on site and that is when it became an issue. Corporate was backed up for repairs and the repair jeweler that they deal with could not address my issue with my engagement ring. However, I dealt with the assistant manager Michele most of the time during all of this along with the manager Michele once in a while. Both were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. They kept me updated on every step of the way. Sometimes you can’t get around how a company works but it sure is nice to have great people to deal with like them.

The products are very good, but customer service is awful. It takes a lot of time to clean the jewelry.
