They care about your pet . They love your money but they give u excellent care . I love these people.

I can NOT say enough great things about Dr. Bassler and her staff! A few years ago we were told our dog, Emma, had a mast cell tumor in her nose. Looking for answers and feeling frustrated, I ended up calling Dr. Bassler. We got in right away, she was calm and caring, gave us hope, and set us up with appointments to get to the bottom of it. She referred us to an oncologist and Emma underwent chemotherapy and surgery to remove her tumor. Since then, we call and e-mail any time we find spots. Dr. Bassler always takes us, answers my frantic e-mails, and is always kind and considerate. Her staff knows our dog and is so amazing with calls and follow ups. We trust them and ONLY them with our pup! I truly think they saved her life and I am continuously grateful for them all. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff, THIS is the place to go. LOVE THEM.

This is my opinion based on the my experience.nn. As a pet parent I have to share my thoughts for those of you that love their pets.nn13 months ago we made an appointment because the 9 month kitten was not in good shape. She was diagnosed with kidney failure. The options Dr Baslsler gave us were limited surgery that would cost in excess of 10K or euthanasia.nnMy daughter wanted a 2nd opinion. I regretfully did not agree but I supported her decision. Dr Bassler told us the only place to go was tufts veterinary.nnShe was wrong. My daughter found another vet not tufts the vet she found simply wanted to give Ginger some more time.nnYou know what he did just that. He more than doubled her life. It was not easy but it really wasn't that hard and it was a fraction of the cost. Diet change and sub Q fluids twice a week but it worked and she lived 11 more very happy loving months.nnDr Bassler is a good vet her staff is excellent.

Dr. Bassler and her staff have taken EXCELLENT care of my two cats. I can't recommend them highly enough. I feel very fortunate to have such an terrific vet so close.

I had an emergency Friday night with my cat Wizard. Dr. Bassler and her staff were absolutely amazing. He had to spend the night from Friday to Saturday and they took such good care of him! I was so scared and they made me feel so much better. I don't know what I would have done without them. They really went the extra mile to make sure Wizard was safe and comfortable, and I had my peace of mind. He is doing so much better now ! I highly recommend Bassler Veterinary Hospital.
