I have used the services of this post office for many years. It is efficient and the worker is very business-like. I'm used to the person at the counter not smiling a whole lot. That's fine. Realize she does a lot on her own there. The results of the service are fine. I hope the location is maintained.
I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and this has been the most unpleasant experience that I’ve ever had. The person at the front desk who is a female was rude and impatient with her customers. I should’ve checked out the other reviews prior to visiting this location however I did not and received the same unpleasant experience at this post office. I realize that no one has reached out and made a complaint so therefore I will make this complaint as of today.
This isn’t about the office itself but the carrier who came by at 10:14 am for a signature on 05/10/19 while we are at work. I received a text that said...USPS tried to deliver your packagenNo one could sign for it, so please look for a note from USPS or contact them for the next steps..... there was no note on either of my doors. And why would amazon have you sign for electrical plate covers? Packages are always left at the back door out of street view, and I bet if I pull up my cameras, I say that carrier never tried to deliver. I know it wasn’t my regular mailman for he came by around 2:45 and if I have packages he would bring it to the back door and ring the doorbell. Ron is awesome about bringing my packages to the back!!!nSine there is no note, now wondering if my cover plates be in the mail tomorrow.
I am a local in the town of Salisbury, MA. For years, this is the post office I have been going to. For years, I have dealt with ‘Dona’ (I think her name is), the only person who seems to run the desk. I always act patient and kind to this lady, but she always fires back with a serious attitude! I don’t know what made her this way, but she is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met! It’s not just me either! Clearly the reviews are flooded with complaints towards her! I’ve even heard people tell me, “yeah that post office lady in your town is f**king crazy!”. I hope you’re reading this, Dona.
This lady has to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with.nI am a regular customer and I always try to be nice to her even though she is so rude but she will not change.nI hope there is a supervisor that can talk to her or send her to some customer service school so she can learn that there is nothing wrong to being nice to your customers... after all they pay your salary and you should be happy when they are coming in.nI don't want her to loose her job but there is plenty of room here for improvement. I hope somebody is listening.
