My husband and I are extremely pleased with this jeweler. My husband had to have his wedding band fixed because it had been cut off in the emergency room. Upon fixing the ring it had to be resized which caused the design, which was already fading, to fade even further. Mind you these rings are 37 + years. But due to this our rings now looked different from each other. I'm extremely sentimental so they had to look the same.nThey refinished them to the finish of our choosing and they look absolutely beautiful!!! We've even had several other pieces of jewelry fixed. They're very reasonable as far as price is concerned. They make sure the customer is happy. Thank you Shoshany Jewelers for such caring and beautiful work. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending you to family and friends.

Al the owner is the best! I landed at his jewelry store in a panic because several prongs on the the head of my wedding ring (unbeknownst to me had broken) and my diamond fell out. My diamond ring is 30 years old and I thought the ring itself was a lost cause. Al and Tyler (the expert fixer) to the rescue. They restored my ring back to Brand New. I highly recommend!!

I’ve found myself feeling like I need to be on the defense walking into most jewelry stores due to pushy, cocky salespeople in the past. Al and his team are the exact opposite. He’s hands-on with every customer and based on my experience, anyone who walks into this store that is even remotely serious about purchasing is more than likely to become a client. I went in with no plans of buying the other day with a friend who was picking up a piece and I walked out with a gorgeous timepiece. He presented me with a more than reasonable offer in a current market where dealers have the upper hand, it was the right move because I can’t see myself working with anyone else for my watch deals from here on out. Thanks again Al!

Great experience!! Friendly staff and amazing customer services. I brought at watch in to have the bracelet sized and they were able to do it on the spot. While I was waiting I notice a lot of beautiful pieces of jewelry. I highly recommended them!

I went to Shoshany jewelers with 2 rings. They were special to me and I had them for a long time sittings in my jewelry box as they did not fit my fingers at this stage of my life. I told them what I wanted done and they worked with me to make sure that they would fit and I could wear them again. They were very patient and they used their expertise to make me a very happy customer.nI will recommend Shoshany Jewelers to all my friends and family.
